I expect complete transparency and honesty from my clients, and believe that they should expect the same in return. The general rate for the majority of my services is $300.00 per hour, plus GST and disbursements. This includes time spent at meetings and hearings, responding to or drafting correspondence, telephone calls, video conferences, reviewing documents and conducting research, as well as writing memos, agreements, pleadings, and awards. Even on a per hour basis, addressing legal issues in a collaborative and resolution-focused manner is generally more cost-effective than litigating in the court system.


 The following services are offered on a flat rate basis so that you know upfront what you can expect to pay. Mediation and arbitration services are not offered on a flat rate basis. For custom quotes on other individualized or time-based services, please get in touch here.
